Welcome to OzFairs.  We are delighted that you have chosen to become an exhibitor on our site.  Following this page you will be presented with a series of pages that will ask you all the relevant information we need to know to set up your account.

Ozfairs is the largest on-line fair for Art, Craft and Antiques within Australia. Our on-line Gallery is used by customers and interior designers alike, to locate items for purchase. Ozfairs brings Buyers and Sellers together in the market place. You only need speak with some of our exhibitors to see how much success they have had through Ozfairs.

For as little as $29 per month (incl GST) you are able to create your own web page, full product listing and product details within the Ozfairs environment. Ozfairs is designed to bring buyers and sellers together and in this way takes No commission on items sold! With each of the products that you add you are able to include up to 5 photos of your item, as well as all the necessary details about the product itself. In addition, once you join, you are given a password and username that will allow you to access the Ozfairs site, 24 hours a day, to add products, delete or rotate stock within the site. You are fully in control of your website and product items.

Signup Instructions
When you progress to the next screen, you will be asked to complete a number of questions. This process can be completed within 15 minutes. You do not need not to enter all of your product information or website information at this time. You will be given a user name and password to allow you to return to the Ozfairs site at any time to alter and add more detail. Any questions that have a * next to them, are compulsory and must be answered.

At the bottom of every screen is a HELP button that you can click on for additional help if you require it.

All payment details are taken over a secure server setup, which ensures that your information is kept secure. This is for your protection.

Part of the signup process will require you to select an area of the fair in which you would like to participate.  You may select from any of the following fair sections

Antiques and Fine Art
This part of the fair is reserved for Antique and Fine Art dealers who in the real world operate and maintain a business in this environment. Antiques are of the highest standard and have the name of the dealer providing them supplying all information about the items. The Fine art Component is contemporary fine art and again is supplied by Dealers in the industry. All items must pre-date 1950. This area reflects Antiques and fine art of the highest calibre.

Antiques and Collectables 
Incorporates all things that are collectable or antique that you might find at such a fair. Generally items classified as collectables can be as recent as yesterday - for example, Pokemon cards. The antique category is listed here for items that are antique and highly collectable but may not be of the calibre that would go into the Antiques and Fine Art fair. For example: and old leather suitcase or a selection of sporting cigarette cards.

Modern Fine Art
Modern Fine Art is an area where galleries and established artists of today can display their works of art. These works of art are modern, not necessarily collectable, but appeal on grounds of workmanship and beauty.These items are a single unique production.

Craft Corner
If you make and supply Furniture, pottery, woodwork, needlework, sculpture, candles, leatherwork, painting, Jewellery, glass items, soaps, crystals  and creams, artistic handcrafted items and craft in general, this is the area that you need to exhibit. These items can be mass produced or one of a kind.

Dolls and Bears, Models and Toys
This is an area where Toys are traded - Models, dolls, bears, miniature toys all included

Stamps and Coins
Anything to do with Stamps and Coins. Banknotes also.
